Bagging Services

In our move to Ayr we installed a highly sophisticated bagging line which is capable of bagging a huge variety of products in bags ranging from 5kg to 25kg. These bags may be personalised to any specification depending on product and company. The process is fully automated, and can be viewed on this video. The machine guides the product into pre-specified bags which are then neatly stacked onto pallets by a robot. The pallets are then shrink wrapped with a top sheet to ensure that your product arrives with your customer in the best possible condition.

We also have the facility to bag IBC's with the capabilities of utilising the customer’s bag or one specifically designed for their requirements.
